We have owned for several years with Haven on Haggerston Castle and sadly, the sale pitch during purchasing does not reflect the truth

In 2022, even though inflation is around 10%, Haven have increased annual service charges by +30%, no notification or justification.

Once they have you as a customer, Haven will happily keep their hand in your wallet and do all they can to bleed you dry. Once you can no longer afford to fees, they will then buy your holiday home back for 10% of what you paid for it.

Unregulated industry and is not far short of blatant robbery
